STRESS RELIEF

Scientists at the Nestle Research Center in Lausanne Switzerland recently found more potential benefits from dark chocolate. Participants who felt very stressed had lower levels of stress hormones after eating 0.7 ounces (30 grams) of dark chocolate twice a day- mid-morning and mid-afternoon- for two full weeks. The study group was small, so further research is needed. Check here for more information.
