Savina Darzes is a science instructor and chocolate enthusiast. When she isn’t sharing the wonders of science with Kindergartners thru 5th graders, she’s leading adult chocolate walking tours and arm-chair chocolate tastings in the Portland, Oregon Metro Area.

She is jazzed to have created this blog on everything chocolate- a convenient place to put all those chocolate thoughts and ideas that have been wiggling around in her head for years.
